An open-air gallery by the sea

New Brighton street art

Since 2018, the Victoria Quarter has become a canvas for local, national and international artists.

Art as a catalyst

Change spaces, change lives

The murals are part of Rockpoint's plans to breathe new life into this buzzy, independent neighbourhood, using art as a catalyst.

The work ranges from abstract to figurative, and many pieces tell local stories: smugglers and shipwrecks, a one-legged pier diver, an RNLI volunteer with 40 years' service, and the guide dog charity founded in New Brighton in 1931.
